Called to complain that recipient never received flowers. There was a mix up with address but my friend never received the phone call they said they made and no message was left. I basically was given a bunch of excuses. When I told her I was not satisfied she just blew me off. She has definitely lost a customer. I would rather buy flowers and deliver them myself!
